Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using any services provided by DT INFOTECH. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services Provided

DT INFOTECH offers professional IT services including, but not limited to:

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
  • Network Setup and Support
  • Server Installation and Maintenance
  • Computer Hardware and Software Support
  • Firewall Configuration and Security Services
  • Cloud Server Deployment and Management
  • Virtualization and Remote Infrastructure Solutions

Specific terms for each service may be outlined in separate agreements or service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Service Engagement

  • All service engagements must be confirmed through written agreement, email confirmation, or signed work orders.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for service delivery.
  • Service response times, resolution windows, and deliverables will be defined in individual SLAs or project contracts.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of service delivery.
  • Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without written consent unless required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide necessary access, documentation, and assistance to enable DT INFOTECH to perform services effectively.
  • The client is responsible for data backup unless specifically covered by the scope of services.
  • DT INFOTECH will not be liable for any data loss not explicitly covered under backup agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

DT INFOTECH shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, profits, or data not directly caused by our negligence
  • Any damage resulting from unauthorized access or third-party attacks unless due to DT INFOTECH's gross negligence

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
  • DT INFOTECH makes no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in writing, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Any third-party hardware or software warranties are subject to their respective manufacturers' terms.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.
  • DT INFOTECH reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Any software, tools, scripts, or configurations developed by DT INFOTECH remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
  • Clients are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use such tools as part of service delivery.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to Terms

DT INFOTECH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or sent to clients via email. Continued use of services after changes are made implies acceptance of the revised terms.
